Classes
(Please check back for our Fall schedule)
Meet our instructors

Carol Allan - Crochet, Needle Felting, Locker Hooking (with wool roving or fabric).  She will answer your questions on problems you might be having and get you on the right track.

Nancy Brown - Knitting instructor. Nancy has been with us for 2 years. She creates and designs and also had many patterns published. Nancy teaches beginners how to knit, from a simple scarf to a complicated sweater. She has many ideas to share with you. Her classes are Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M.

Pam Anfuso - Our Rug Hooking instructor. Creates many of the designs she teaches. From beginner to advanced rug hooking. Pam is very enthusiastic and has a great love for what she creates and designs. Classes are on Monday mornings and evenings.

Diane Gardenour - On board for the first time here at the store! "Japanese Bunka Embroidery". Diane is a Certified instructor and has taught this fine "Painting in Threads" embroidery for many years. I've known her for 20 years or more and was taught by her. This is a very enjoyable art and very gratifying. This art is very unique to say the least. Learn from level 1 to level 4. Displays of her work can be viewed here at the store. Beginner kits will be available soon.

Diane Grigas - The owner of Covered Bridge. Diane is not new to the art of knitting. She learnt how to kit as a young child, but did not do serious knitting until she had her own family. Diane has worked in the store for over 18 years and is very knowledgeable about her craft. She works one on one with problem solving, and offers a drop-in class on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M.

Maria Lupien - Maria has been with us for several years. Outside of running her farm with her husband, she still finds time to teach in her home as well as at the store on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. Maria teaches beginners as well as advanced students and is well liked by her students.

Marge Yagielowicz - Marge has been with us for many years and has taught beginner to advanced students in knitting. There are no set projects, just what the students would like to create. Marge also knits many of the store models on display to entice you. Displays of her work can be viewed here at the store.

We must keep these dying arts alive, so join a class and have some fun in the process. The Fall class schedule will be available soon. Come and visit us soon!
